Twitter Grader Probably the most popular twitter ranking site on the Internet.  Enter your twitter name and it will tell you how you rank compared to millions of other Twitter users.  One of its useful features is that it can provide a list of the top 50 twitter users in your city, based upon the Location field in your Twitter profile.

Twitalyzer My favorite tool for evaluating my own Twitter performance.  It breaks your usage patterns down into five categories, scores each one separately, and tels you exactly how it arrived at the number.

Twitter Karma When the number of your Twitter followers and friends grows beyond a few dozen it becomes hard to discern who is not following who back. This tool will show you who you are following that is not following you, and vise-versa.

SocialOomph (formerly TweetLater) A great tool if you want to automatically follow-back your new followers. Also allows you to schedule Tweets.

Mr Tweet A great tool for finding high-quality people to follow.

TweepSearch Use it to search Twitter profile Bios.
